Ingredients:

  • For the topping:
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Boiling the Potatoes
    • Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot filled with salted water. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
