Pan Pizza with Vegetables: Only 100 Kcal! đ„Šđ

Ingredients:
- 1 piece of broccoli (chopped)
- 1 zucchini (peeled and sliced)
- 1 carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (cut into cubes)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
Steam the broccoli, zucchini, and carrot for 5-7 minutes until tender. - Blend the Base:
Place the steamed vegetables in a blender with the chopped onion and eggs. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed. - Cook the Crust:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the vegetable mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bottom is firm and slightly golden. - Add Toppings:
Sprinkle with chopped bell pepper or any additional veggies of your choice. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes until set. - Serve and Enjoy:
