Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 zucchini (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (cut into cubes)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    Steam the broccoli, zucchini, and carrot for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Blend the Base:
    Place the steamed vegetables in a blender with the chopped onion and eggs. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed.
  3. Cook the Crust:
    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the vegetable mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bottom is firm and slightly golden.
